Available both In Person and Live on Zoom options. //We will explore ways in which you can introduce sound to your clients at the start of your class, in between poses to remove fatigue and the effects of exertion, and at the end of your class to aid the body to rest and calm the mind. You will experience how sound can enhance the savasana for both yourself and your clients. In this workshop we will explore: //Breathwork //Kundalini Kriyas //Naad Yoga //Mantra //Plus introduction and instruction on a variety of sound healing instruments including: //Singing Bowls //Crystal Bowls //Shruti Box //Gong //Drum //Grounding Tools //Silence //Prerequisite Evidence of Yoga Teacher Certification - all disciplines accepted.No previous experience in Sound Therapy is necessary. //Yogis interested in Sound may also enroll in Gong Master Training which is a stand alone course as well as a component module of the Advanced Diploma in Sound Therapy. //Please note: The certification from this workshop is not a qualification to enable you to hold full Sound Baths (sound immersive meditations which usually last 1-1.5 hours long). Your certificate will enable you to safely work with the power of relaxing and rejuvenating sounds within your Yoga classes and is suitable for insurance purposes. //Sound Therapy is a practice that requires a depth of knowledge, dedication and deep integration over time. To offer full Sound Baths one must do so from a place of true authenticity and only as a fully qualified Sound Therapist dedicated to your craft. Sound is a powerful healing energy which, in untrained hands can cause harm. Full training to Advanced Level 3 Practitioner is a requirement in order to conduct Sound Baths and new rules incoming will make this essential for insurance purposes and also to maintain high standards across the sector.
